What we do:

We aim to help the propagation and use of GNULinux.

:User Support:

To use our services , you can subscribe to our mailing list. We support the major distributions RedHat, SuSE and Mandrake.

Please do so by clicking on the link on the left fill out the form and sumbit it..

We hope by joining us you well be able to give and/or get help with such areas as::

    linux installation,
    application installation,
    use of the GNU tools,
    programming,
    system administration.

We thus welcome applications from Linux users at various levels of expertise. The aim of the list is for the experts among us to help the newbies among us.

:Device Driver Programmers:

All computer technologies are under development. GNULinux et al are not tied to any private commercial interest and are released with source code. Thus one is free also to participate in program development.

GNULinux though a superior operating system in terms of security, speed and stability needs device drivers to gain more wide-spread use. This is because often device manufacturers are unable to (or prevented from) providing such drivers.

They either do not yet have the linux programing skills in-house or they are legally prevented by terms of non-disclosure agreements with the proprietary 'software' companies. So the 'C' programmers among you are welcomed to participate in the development of much needed device drivers.

Our driver program is aimed at PCI bus master driver ASICS used to interface Analogue data acquisition systems to the PCI bus. We believe if device drivers for these ASICS are developed along classic open GPL lines, Linux will get a much deserved boost in Science and engineering applications.

To participate in the device driver program, please click on the link on the left for details. For the C programmers coming from a non- unix/linux background, relevant C programming books are reviewed (see our review section) and recommended.
